"The process is the punishment."

On Tuesday October 21st , 2008 the OSC investigator arrived with a search warrant for Brilliante...
Brilliante shared office space with York-Rio Resources Inc.
The Brilliante bank account was frozen on that day.
York-Rio has never had it's bank accounts frozen to this day (Sept/2009).
Within a few days the investigator (Salary of aprox. $105,000/year..an ex-policeman not a licensed accountant or lawyer)started calling any investors to advise of a "scam".
He also passed on "erronious" information as to Victor York using an alias to the other provincial securities commissions. The OSC has NEVER once indicated any aliases used on any of it's documents though. Because: He never has used an alias. (The salespeople working for the consulting company did use aliases though.)
The investigator has failed to locate a number of salespeople that worked for the consulting company including the owner of that consulting company.
All documents reflecting the licenses, land and related matters have been submitted to the OSC.
To this date , almost a year later no allegations have been filed and the matter was put over to March 2010 regarding section 127 of the securities act of Ontario.
As a direct result (an attributed to by the authors to the investigator) death threats by email were sent by investors.
If ever there was a situation whereupon a group of investors were whipped into a frenzy this is a classic case.
Innuendo, heresay, rumors and blatant "non-truths" seem to be the norm in advancing a matter that both disregarded facts and truths and used the investors as pawns in this "game".
